Tulip City Machine Quilting is located in the beautiful Pacific northwest in Mount Vernon, Washington. We are located in the Skagit Valley, the #1 producer of tulip bulbs in the United States. Springtime in Mount Vernon provides many wonderful sights, as acres and acres are filled with colorful tulips, daffodils and irises, spreading as far as the eye can see. From atop the local foothills, the fields look like huge quilts.
